That doesn’t mean that you can’t enjoy a charcuterie board though – in fact, it’s easy to make one yourself without spending a lot of money. The first thing you need to do is gather your supplies. For this, you’ll need a cutting board, a knife, and some sort of serving dish. You can use a plate, platter, or even just a piece of parchment paper – whatever you have on hand will work. Next, it’s time to choose your meats and cheeses. If you’re on a budget, opt for cheaper cuts of meat like salami or ham. As for cheese, try to find ones that are on sale or in the clearance section. Once you have your meats and cheeses, it’s time to add some other items to your charcuterie board. Olives, nuts, crackers, and fruit are all great additions that will take your board to the next level. Get creative and have fun with it!
